User account
To register a user account on the Hemma portal, you must be of legal age.
Hemma reserves the right to suspend a user account if they suspect illegal rental or scam.
Advertisments
When creating an advertisement, you are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information in it.
You must have a permission to rent out the property in the advertisement. If consent for renting out is required, it must be given in writing before the advertisement is created.
You are responsible for ensuring that the rent in the advertisement is reasonable in accordance with the Swedish Tenancy Act, or the Swedish Law on Private Subletting.
Hemma reserves the right to refuse publication of advertisements if there is a suspicion of illegal rental or scam.
GDPR - processing of personal data
When creating a user account on Hemma, you consent to the personal data you provide being stored in Hemma’s database. The personal data is collected and stored so that Hemma can convey the property you want to rent out, or so that you can search for a home on Hemma.
Hemma processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and it will not be shared with any third party without your consent. Exceptions to this is if Hemma is obliged to disclose relevant information to an authority under legal compulsion
Your personal data is stored for as long as you have a user account. You can terminate your user account at any time by deleting your profile when you are logged into your account, or by contacting Hemma. Inactive users’ accounts are automatically deleted after 60 days of inactivity.
You have the right to access the data we have stored about you, have incorrect information corrected and request the deletion of your personal data. For questions about the processing of personal data, contact Hemma.
Complains that cannot be resolved with Hemma can be submitted to the Swedish Authority for Private Protection.
