In an old charming turn-of-the-century villa in Arlöv within cycling distance to SLU Alnarp is this student accommodation situated. The villa is about 300 square meters distributed over two floors where residents share the kitchen, bathroom and living room which are on each floor.
In addition, there are eight bedrooms and each student pays a fixed rent of between SEK 3,850 - 4,250 depending on the size and condition of the room. There is also a larger room with its own toilet that can fit a couple and costs SEK 6,750. All rooms are furnished and it is not possible to bring your own furniture.
In the garden there is a patio with a grill to barbecue etc. There are also possibilities for growing plants, flowers etc in the cultivation areas around the patio if you are keen to use these for your own and joint cultivation projects.
The rent includes broadband, basic TV selection, garbage disposal, heating, water & electricity.
Nearby (about 300m) is the Arlöv Strandängen bus stop that takes you to Malmö Central or Alnarp. A little further away (about 800m) is the bus stop Arlöv Sockerbitstorget which takes you to Lunds Central or Malmö Möllevångstorget etc. The newly built train station Burlöv Station takes you to both Lund and Malmö Central as well as other parts of Skåne or to Copenhagen.
